Our Property Development and Subdivision Consultant Team

Markus and Anton Flynn head the Subdivision Experts consultant team. Many of our customers had plenty of uncertainty around the whole question of can I or even should I develop or subdivide property before they started. We know its hard to sometimes comprehend where to even begin. The team has a wealth of collective knowledge and experience, and are here to answer those questions, remove the uncertainty and help you to avoid the mistakes. Our expertise is at your service, to assist you with all things property development and subdivision related. We provide education and service input on all areas of subdivision and infill property development; from strategy to sales, planning to project management, and everything in between. Markus Flynn

Subdivision Consultant and Development Strategist

Markus brings over a decade of experience to the FLYNN team in his role as the principal subdivision consultant and development strategist. Markus is passionate about Subdivision Experts’ success; which he feels is reflected by the ongoing growth and retention of its client base. Markus has a background in project management and commercial law, and has worked in all areas of the company from the ground up. Markus is an approachable and professional property development strategist who looks forward to the opportunity to assist you.

Anton Flynn

Property Development Manager and Subdivision Consultant

Anton has a background in Construction Management and Economics. He has worked in construction and client-side project management roles on various residential and commercial projects during his earlier career. Anton has been focusing on subdivision and infill development projects over the last few years with the family company, applying his expertise in the areas of project feasibility, planning and project management to our clients projects.  Anton has an organised, pragmatic and proactive approach to property development and subdivision, and is a valuable development management asset for our project team. Anton’s other passion is education: he is the driving force behind much of the property development courses, education and training material available to you on this website.

Peter Grant

Subdivision Surveyor

Peter is a consulting land surveyor, and has a wealth of knowledge in the field of small lot subdivisions and infill development in Western Australia. He has been a Licensed Land Surveyor registered in WA since 1988 after having graduated from Curtin University in 1985. Perth has seen many changes in the surveying and planning world over the years, however Peter maintains his expertise in this field with active participation in the industry. Peters other interest is sustainable development and community building.

Troy Clayton

Troy is a finance broker specialising in property investment and project finance. Troy’s background in project management before entering the finance industry gives him a unique perspective on investment projects and an understanding on the importance of cost control during project delivery. Troy believes in transparency, honesty, and Integrity while working collaboratively with all stakeholders, contractors and involved parties. With access to primary, second and third tier and well as private lenders, Troy can structure a finance package to suit every projects unique requirements. Rest assured Troy will leave no stone unturned to find the most appropriate financial solution for your project.
